The latest BC PNP draw of 2023 on September 26, 2023, sent out more than 204 invitations to apply for permanent residency (PR) in targeted draws. 127 invitations have been issued in the targeted draw for 35 tech occupations under all the BC PNP Skills Immigration streams as well as Express Entry streams.

The cutoff score increases by 2 points for the tech-targeted draw as compared to the last tech-only round of invitations on September 12.

Additionally, 49 invitations have been sent targeted at profiles with experience as early childhood educators and assistants (NOC 42202).

Moreover, 28 invitations are targeted at profiles in 39 healthcare-related occupations.

<5 invitations have been sent targeting other priority occupations (NOCs 31003 and 32104).
